No Refunds on any items below: 

* Sale and custom items 

* Any headwear items including Hijabs, Caps, Khimars The above applies regardless of any sale events unless item was faulty.

Order cannot be returned during sale events and festive seasons such as Ramadan / Eid due to high demand. 

Return Policy

Am I eligible for a return?

Item/s must meet the following: 

* Be unused and in original packaging 

* Request made in 30 days of receiving 

* Strictly no odour or marks on item We reserve the right to refuse a return upon review. 

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and if your shipping fee was waived (thanks to free-shipping promotion), refund will exclude shipping fee.

How do I exchange items? 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Wrong / Damaged Items 

What can I do about this?

Please contact us immediately if the item/s is damaged or wrong, so that we can make it right. In either of these two instances, rest assured that Aisha boutique will cover the additional costs of postage or have a partial refund issued.

How do I start a return / Exchanges ?

2. Once approved, you will receive a return details 

3. Repackage products & return items 

Do you offer Free Returns? 

No unless item is faulty or damanged or an incorrect item was sent. 

The cost of returning international orders (outside australia) are not covered.
